GENERAL COMPLAINT PROCEDURES
Suggestions for improving TEACH Public Schools (“TPS” or “TEACH”) are always welcome. Your good-faith complaints, questions, and suggestions also are of concern to TEACH. TEACH has adopted this General Complaint Policy to address concerns about the TEACH Charter Schools generally or regarding specific employees. For complaints regarding harassment or perceived violations of state or federal laws, please refer to the Charter School’s Policy Against Unlawful Harassment and/or the Charter School’s Uniform Complaint Procedures. For all other complaints, the General Complaint form and accompanying procedures will be appropriate.
UNIFORM COMPLAINT PROCEDURES
TEACH Public Schools (“TPS” or “TEACH”) policy is to comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. TEACH Public Schools is the local agency primarily responsible for compliance with federal and state laws and regulations governing educational programs. Pursuant to this policy, persons responsible for conducting investigations shall be knowledgeable about the laws and programs which they are assigned to investigate. This complaint procedure is adopted to provide a uniform system of processing complaints.
