About Mrs. Ehlers
Sarah Ehlers is a Southern California native who likes to playfully describe herself as one who simply creates to live, but lives to teach people to create. Sarah earned her bachelor degree in 2011 from Loyola Marymount University in Studio Art with an emphasis in Fine Art Photography. While photography may have been her college major emphasis, it most certainly does not mean she doesn't share a love and passion for all different kinds of artistic mediums! In addition to teaching 6th grade art, Sarah still continually works as an independent freelance visual artist in ALL artistic mediums. Sarah earned her Master’s in Education - Digital Teaching and Learning and Single Subject Teaching Credential in Visual Arts from Azusa Pacific University in 2015.
It's not just creating art that Sarah is passionate about; it is the passion of teaching others to embrace the power of creativity and developing a voice through the arts.
